Folding partition grille, front passenger side The steel partition grille can protect the driver and front passenger from the cargo. Should especially lengthy items need to be transported, the grille can be moved through 90° on the front passenger side. The swivelling part of the partition grille is unlocked, moved 90° towards the driver's seat and then locked in place.

Load compartment lighting with LED technology The load compartment lighting uses LED technology and ensures good illumination of the load compartment, thereby enabling better orientation in the dark and better visibility when loading and unloading your vehicle.

Wood floor The 9 mm thick wood flooring made from multiple glued and compressed plywood layers protects the floor of your vehicle's load compartment from damage. It is easy to clean and improves heat insulation and soundproofing.

AC charging 22 kW / DC charging 75 kW Thanks to a maximum DC charging output of 75 kW[3] and an AC charging output of up to 22 kW you can enjoy great flexibility when charging your high-voltage battery: using the CCS vehicle socket (Combo 2) you can charge your Mercedes both at wallboxes and charging stations with AC charging systems as well as at DC fast charging stations.

AC charging 11 kW With the AC charging system, you can charge your vehicle quickly and easily at up to 11 kW (3-phase). This enables charging at wallboxes, a variety of public charging stations and household sockets. The charging socket is located behind the Mercedes star in the centre of the radiator grille.
Mercedes-Benz Wallbox Home The Wallbox,[4][5] with a charging power of up to 22 kW,[6] charges the battery of the eCitan around 4 times faster than would be possible at a household socket. It is compatible with all electric vehicles with a type 2 connection.
Flexible charging system Convenient, safe and efficient charging – anywhere and any time: with this handy set, consisting of just a single cable and a number of adapters, you always have the right charging solution to hand.[5]

Active Safety Package The Active Safety Package[7] comprises 4 driver assistance systems that can help take the strain off you and make driving safer. These are Active Brake Assist, Blind Spot Assist, Active Lane Keeping Assist and Speed Limit Assist, also Traffic Sign Assist in conjunction with the Navigation package.

Active Brake Assist Active Brake Assist[7] can help you avoid accidents, for example with vehicles ahead or crossing in front of you, as well as pedestrians, or mitigate the consequences of such accidents. This can increase both your own safety and that of other road users.

Blind Spot Assist With Blind Spot Assist,[7] you'll enjoy safer driving, especially when changing lanes. It uses radar technology to monitor the area which is not covered by your outside mirrors. By means of visual and acoustic warnings, it can warn you of a potential side impact with other road users.

Active Lane Keeping Assist Lane Keeping Assist[7] can help prevent accidents due to the vehicle inadvertently leaving its lane. If the system detects that the vehicle has inadvertently drifted out of its lane, it warns the driver by means of a pulsating vibration of the steering wheel. This prompts the driver to return to the correct lane.

Speed Limit Assist Speed Limit Assist[7] makes it easier for you to comply with maximum permissible speeds. Wherever possible, the system shows what is permitted: it uses the camera to detect the current maximum permissible speed and displays it in the instrument cluster.

Traffic Sign Assist Traffic Sign Assist[7] makes it easier for you to comply with maximum permissible speeds and other signposted instructions. This increases safety.

Highbeam Assist Highbeam Assist[7] automatically switches the main headlamp beams on and off according to the traffic situation and thereby saves the driver having to switch back and forth manually between main beams and dipped beams. The system is controlled by a camera behind the windscreen that permanently records the traffic situation in front of the vehicle.

Crosswind Assist Crosswind Assist[7] can detect track offset caused by strong crosswind gusts in a timely manner and help the driver to stay in lane. A sudden track offset of the vehicle can cause inappropriate steering reactions on the part of the driver.
ATTENTION ASSIST ATTENTION ASSIST[7] can warn the driver in good times of fatigue and microsleep. The system can contribute to road safety, especially on night-time drives and long routes. The display of ATTENTION ASSIST appears in the instrument cluster between rev counter and speedometer.
Hill Start Assist Hill Start Assist[7] can make moving off on a slope easier by temporarily preventing the vehicle from rolling backwards.

Anti-theft alarm system The anti-theft alarm system (ATA) offers a high level of anti-theft protection for vehicle and cargo. The anti-theft alarm system is armed automatically when the keyless entry remote of the central locking system is operated. The alarm sounds as soon as one of the doors is opened or unlocked from the inside when activated.

Tyre pressure loss warning system at front and rear, wireless The tyre pressure loss warning system of your vehicle can help improve driving safety, reduce tyre wear and optimise range. It monitors the tyre pressure on all four wheels. The system provides a visual warning in the case of minimal pressure loss or larger pressure differences.

Mercedes-Benz emergency call system The Mercedes-Benz emergency call system can ensure crucial time savings in an emergency. Using a communication module with its own SIM card, an automatic emergency call is initiated following an accident, thereby potentially reducing the time before the emergency services arrive at the scene. Alternatively, an emergency call can be triggered manually to organise assistance.

6 airbags In the event of a collision the front airbags can protect the head and upper body of the driver and front-seat passengers. They also help to stabilise the whole body. They thus provide the best possible high degree of protection; reducing both the risk and severity of head, face and chest injuries.

KEYLESS-GO Thanks to KEYLESS-GO, your vehicle key can stay in your pocket. Your vehicle recognises you as the owner using the stored access and drive authorisation, and unlocks it as you approach or when you press the button on the door handle - without the need to have the key in your hand.

Steering wheel heater Pleasant warmth all the way to the fingertips - a boon especially on cold days. The direct contact warms up the hands particularly quickly, which can increase comfort and safety when steering. In addition, spot heating can have a positive effect on the range compared with heating the air. Optional equipment.
