Electrically operated sliding doors The electrical operation allows opening and closing of the sliding door at the touch of a button, without the driver having to get out or the passengers having to touch the sliding door. This means a significant increase in comfort, especially when the sliding door is used frequently.[7]
Sliding door, left The sliding door on the left-hand side offers additional access to the vehicle. This makes loading and unloading and getting in and out of the vehicle faster and more flexible, for example in cramped traffic situations in the city centre.[7]
Tailgate Thanks to its generous load compartment aperture, the tailgate also allows bulky load items and luggage to be loaded and unloaded easily. The chrome-plated Mercedes star positioned at the centre of the tailgate enhances the rear-end design.
Double-wing rear-end door, opening 180°, no window The 2-wing rear door facilitates loading and unloading the vehicle with bulky luggage thanks to its ample opening angle. Forklift trucks can also approach the vehicle because the two symmetrical doors can open by up to 180°.[7]
Double-wing rear doors, opening as far as side wall The double-wing rear doors can be opened as far as the vehicle side wall and locked in place with the help of magnetic retainers. When manoeuvring space is restricted, the vehicle can be reversed into position directly up against a loading ramp or to the load to be carried with the rear doors completely open.[7]
Roof railing The roof railing painted black allows the transportation of additional cargo above the roof and gives the vehicle an individual look. The roof railing has a maximum load capacity of up to 100 kg and a height of 48 mm. Corresponding basic carrier and the matching accessories can be ordered via Mercedes-Benz Accessories.[7]
Trailer coupling with fixed ball-head With the fixed ball head of this trailer coupling, you can tow trailers with a trailer coupling and a trailer load of up to 2000 kg. The equipment specification includes the fixed ball head, a 13-pin trailer socket and an end cross-member.[7]
Detachable ball head trailer coupling The trailer coupling with removable ball head is particularly suitable for sporadic trailer operation. Your vehicle can thus tow a trailer load of up to 2000 kg. Seat Comfort Package With the Seat Comfort Package you can enjoy even more comfort, particularly on long journeys: both the driver's and the front passenger's seat feature seat cushion length adjustment as well as 4-way lumbar support. Plus, thanks to their high level of ergonomics, they fulfil the criteria of the Aktion Gesunder Rücken (AGR) e.V. campaign for healthier Campaign for Healthier Backs.[7]
Two-seater front passenger's seat The 2-seater front passenger's bench seat offers an additional seat in the driver compartment. Each of the two places on the bench seat are equipped with a three-point seat belt, seat belt warning device and a height-adjustable head restraint. The bench has a removable single-piece seat cushion.[7]
Interior and surround lighting for the Tourer With expanded scope of illumination, the interior and surround lighting improves comfort and safety in the vehicle and its direct surroundings. Inside the vehicle, the front footwell lighting and the reading lights in the passenger compartment further enhance the quality of the illumination.[7]

3-seater bench seat with foldable outer seat Thanks to the 3-passenger bench seat with folding outer seat the 1st row of seats of the passenger compartment can be used more flexibly. The folding outer seat with EASY-ENTRY function facilitates access towards the rear, enabling seating of the 2nd row of seats.[7]

3-seater bench seat as comfort bunk The 3-seater bench seat as comfort bunk is large enough for pleasant breaks in the vehicle. Single-piece seat backrests can be adjusted from an upright position to a fully reclined position in just a few steps. In conjunction with the separate, black fabric bed extension this creates a comfortable, level area. It is approximately 1.35 m wide and approximately 2.00 m long.[7]
Seat rail system Thanks to the guide rail system with quick-release attachment system, the seats and bench seats can be positioned more flexibly. For example they can be brought into a communicative face-to-face position in relation to the passengers in other seat rows.[7]
Panoramic sliding sunroof The high-grade panoramic sliding sunroof lets plenty of light into the vehicle interior through its large glass surface, thereby lending your vehicle a bright, friendly, feel-good atmosphere. A combination of five systems assists you in adapting speed, steering and maintaining distance according to the situation. This can protect passengers and other road users - and you can reach your destination in a more relaxed and comfortable manner.[7]
Active Lane Keeping Assist Active Lane Keeping Assist[5]monitors the area in front of your vehicle and can prevent you from unintentionally leaving your lane. The system can guide you back into your lane by means of lane-correcting steering intervention and additionally warn you by giving you noticeable feedback on the steering wheel.[7]
Intelligent Speed Assistance Keep an eye on applicable speed limits more easily. The assistant[5]can read the maximum permitted speed from road signs via camera and navigation data and transfer it to the instrument cluster. If you exceed the speed limit, it can warn you with visible and audible signals.[7]

Adaptive brake lights In the event of hard braking, [5] the Adaptive Brake Light can warn following traffic and thus help prevent rear-end collisions. It is activated when ESP® detects an emergency braking manoeuvre – depending on braking pressure and speed.
Anti-theft alarm system The anti-theft alarm system (ATA) offers high anti-theft protection for vehicle and cargo. It is automatically activated when pressing the radio remote control of the central locking system. The alarm sounds as soon as one of the doors is opened or unlocked from the inside when activated.
GUARD 360° vehicle protection GUARD 360° vehicle protection [4] combines various theft protection features. The anti-theft alarm system together with emergency key deactivation[4]will enable you to act quickly. The theft notification[4]function notifies you via app when on the move. And the Stolen Vehicle[4]Help service increases the chance of recovering your property if your vehicle is ever stolen. [7]
Anti-Theft Protection Package The Anti-Theft Protection Package can help you to secure the vehicle by triggering a visual and an acoustic alarm if it detects a danger of theft. It consists of an anti-theft alarm system (ATA), interior protection and tow-away protection. [7]
Tyre pressure monitoring system on front and rear axle, wireless The tyre pressure monitoring system checks the air pressure in all 4 wheels from 20 km/h. It can alert the driver to a loss of pressure in the tyres, increasing driving comfort and tyre life.[7]
Premium protection for tyres (3 years) The premium protection for your tyres protects you from unexpected costs. It covers damage to all tyres installed ex works caused, for example, by objects stuck in the tyre, impact damage from kerbs, burst tyres, vandalism or theft. In case of warranty, the tyre and installation costs are refunded.[7]
Mercedes-Benz emergency call system The Mercedes-Benz emergency call system can ensure crucial time savings in an emergency. Using a communication module with its own SIM card, an automatic emergency call is initiated following an accident, thereby potentially reducing the time before the emergency services arrive at the scene. Alternatively, an emergency call can be triggered manually to organise assistance.[7]
Airbags for driver and front passenger In the event of a collision the front airbags can protect the head and upper body of the driver and front-seat passengers. They also help to stabilise the whole body. They thus provide a high degree of protection; reducing both the risk and severity of head, face and chest injuries.
Driver and front passenger thorax/pelvis side airbag The thorax-pelvis side airbag can help to protect the upper body and pelvic area of the driver or front passenger in the event of a side impact and reduce the risk of injury. The side airbag is installed in the backrest of the driver's or front passenger's seat.[7]
Window airbags for driver and front passenger The window airbags for driver, front passenger offer a higher level of protection against head and face injuries in a severe side-on collision. The window airbags are located in the roof lining on either side of the vehicle and, in the event of a detected collision, they inflate within milliseconds as an air cushion curtain in front of the side windows.[7]
Window airbags for driver, front passenger and in the rear The window airbags for driver, front passenger and rear passengers offer a higher level of protection against head and face injuries in a severe side-on collision, in particular to occupants of the outer seats in the rear.[7]

For example by 180°, to a communicative position face-to-face with the passengers in the rear seat row. If the seat is turned by up to 50° to the door, exiting is made easier.[7]
Lumbar support for driver and front passenger seats The 4-way lumbar support supports the vertebrae in the lumbar area and relieves back strain. This is especially pleasant on long journeys. 2 air cushions in the seat backrest of the comfort seat can be individually adjusted to the needs of the driver or front passenger and thus support an ergonomic sitting posture.[7]
Cruise Control Cruise control takes the burden off you by maintaining a pre-selected speed without the need for you to operate the accelerator pedal. A constant speed supports an energy-efficient driving style. Using the integrated speed limiter, you can set a maximum speed which helps you, for example, to stay within speed limits.[7]
Acoustic Package With the Acoustic Comfort Package you improve the level of noise in the vehicle interior and therefore heighten the driving comfort experience. To this end, the doors are provided with additional insulation, sound-proofing and sealing and the drivetrain is optimised to reduce vibration.[7]
